Guaca Mole Modern Mexican sits on East Market Street in NuLu, built around the idea of moving diners through different regions of Mexico as they move through the building. The menu pulls influences from Oaxaca, Puebla, Riviera Maya, Tulum, and the Yucatan Peninsula.
The space is organized into themed rooms: one features hanging basket chairs meant to evoke the beaches of Tulum, another is a Frida Kahlo room paying homage to the artist, and a second-floor Alejibre room is built around handcrafted artwork. The Catrina bar anchors the drinks program, pouring tequilas and mezcals from several Mexican regions alongside hand-crafted cocktails and margaritas.
