Longboards splits its menu into two styles: grilled burrito-style wraps served with rice, and cold deli-style wraps built on lettuce, with every option also available as a bowl. The grilled side includes the Cabo Chicken with guacamole and chipotle ranch, the Thai Chicken with peanut sauce, the Teriyaki Grill, the Pork Luau with pineapple and teriyaki sauce, and the 5-Alarm Beef with spicy Chinese and napalm sauce. The cold side runs through club-style builds like the A-Bomb and Baja Club, layering turkey, bacon, and egg. A Viet Wrap swaps in a gluten-friendly tortilla with rice noodles and herbs.
