The Spot
KOL Korean BBQ grills over real charcoal at every table, the traditional method behind the deep smoke and char that define Korean barbecue done right. Premium beef and pork cuts are marinated in house, built on garlic, sweetness, and heat, before they hit the grill.

The KOL Ribeye is the signature cut, alongside marinated short ribs, beef belly, ribeye bulgogi, and both classic and spicy versions of pork belly ribs. Bone-in galbi — long ribbons of short rib grilled tableside until charred at the edges — stands out as the highlight, while raw marinated blue crab and a bubbling doenjang jjigae have built their own following on the menu.

This isn't an all-you-can-eat operation, but banchan refills come unlimited and meals close with free soft serve. A full bar rounds things out, including a soju list and the house Kshawty cocktail.
