The Spot
Coral Greenville was started by three friends — Dakota, Chris, and Jen — who built the restaurant around fresh seafood and a fine-dining approach to hospitality. It sits in downtown Greenville, pairing a lively bar with quieter dining areas for guests who want to hear each other talk.

The menu runs seafood-forward: sea bass, ceviche, calamari fries, burrata, blackened halibut, and scallops share space with the banging shrimp appetizer regulars point to first. Lobster bisque, duck, and desserts like citrus panna cotta and crème brûlée round things out, alongside a cocktail list known for its espresso martinis.

All three owners work the floor themselves — greeting guests, checking on tables, and helping with wine — rather than staying in the back of house.

Coral has landed on the Eater 38 list of standout Greenville restaurants and was named a TOWN Carolina city magazine favorite for 2026.
