Hayati Mediterranean Grill is a casual, counter-service restaurant in Denver's Whittier neighborhood, open since March 22, 2019. Chefs Ali and Mohamed built the menu after years spent traveling and cooking through the Middle East, and the restaurant has served the Five Points and greater Denver community since opening.
The menu runs through sandwiches and plates built on shawarma, falafel, and kabab, with lamb shank and goat meat as heavier options and a chicken shawarma plate as a signature order. Sides include hummus, stuffed grape leaves, and samosas, with a fried Oreo dessert closing things out. Ingredients are sourced locally and dishes are made daily.
Hayati also caters private events, including weddings, business lunches, and receptions.
