The Spot
Joya's sits at 657 High Street in Old Worthington, running a daytime menu split into vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free-friendly sections, plus a standalone cafe and drinks list. It's the more casual counterpart to chef Avishar Barua's other restaurant, Agni.

Regulars describe the food as bold and fusion-forward for a breakfast menu, and the coffee program has built its own following. Staff draw consistent praise for friendliness, and the place pulls weekend lines out the door as a matter of routine.

Columbus Monthly named Joya's one of the city's best in 2025, and The Infatuation has covered it as well. Barua was named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef: Great Lakes in 2024.
