Weber's Bakery has been a fixture on Archer Avenue in Garfield Ridge since 1930, one of the older retail bakeries still operating in Chicago. The shop bakes from scratch six days a week, turning out breads, pastries, and cookies alongside a cake program that spans birthday, wedding, religious occasion, and holiday orders, including fondant and specialty buttercream work.
