Hexe Coffee Co. roasts its own coffee out of Lathrop Homes, running a cafe menu built around house blends with names that lean playful — Painted as Monsters, a Colombian Natural blended with Peruvian and Sumatran coffees; Boneshaker Bourbon, a bourbon barrel-aged bean with notes of oak, floral, and vanilla; and Eye for an Eye, a Brazilian and Peruvian mix.
