The Spot
Hermosa runs two operations out of one small room in the Hermosa neighborhood. During the day, it's a casual, walk-up sandwich shop organized around a single guiding question — "Can You Sandwich It?" — an ongoing effort to wrap favorite dishes into a bun, with the Cambodian Fried Chicken Sandwich as the standout result.

At night, the same space converts into a private dining room for Family Meal, an 11-course BYOB dinner for up to 14 guests offering a contemporary take on Cambodian cuisine. Ethan, who signs the restaurant's welcome note, oversees the operation.

Regulars describe the night service as intimate and romantic, the kind of setting suited to special occasions, with staff guiding guests through the multi-course format. Across its two lives, Hermosa has built a reputation as a local gem for Cambodian cooking in the neighborhood that shares its name.
