KISS Cafe is a breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot on Johns Island, run out of an open kitchen by Executive Chef Tim Wickey. Dishes are made fresh to order, with local ingredients sourced in support of Charleston-area farms.
The menu covers diner-and-more territory: biscuits and gravy, a breakfast sandwich, a grits bowl, shrimp and grits, and simply eggs with diner potatoes on the breakfast side, tiramisu French toast for something sweeter, and a steak sandwich finished with Asian pear and pomegranate aioli on the lunch side. The cafe also runs its own bagel program under the Bagels by KISS name.
