Follow Yer' Nose BBQ has been smoking meat in Montana's Paradise Valley since 2012. The main outpost, the Paradise Valley Smoke Shack, sits just off Highway 89 between Livingston and the Gardiner entrance to Yellowstone, an outdoor setup built around house-smoked meat and deep-South recipes. A second location, the Gardiner Smoke Wagon food truck, operates out of the Two Bit City Food Court near the park's edge.
