The Spot
Aleida's Restaurant traces back to Aleida Biagiotti, whose family has cooked professionally for generations, and her husband Benito Briceño, who brings his own culinary background to the kitchen. Together they built a menu rooted in Venezuelan cooking from the Andes, with Mexican influences woven in, now served out of Cedar Park.

The food leans on fresh, homemade ingredients, and regulars often point to the couple's warmth and hospitality as much as the cooking itself when explaining why they keep returning. The dining room has recently been upgraded, giving the restaurant a refreshed space to match its home-style approach to Latin American food.
