Schāf Shop blends coffee, skate culture, and streetwear under one roof at Juniper Street in Midtown Atlanta. Founder Lindzey Schaffer and her wife Taylor built the concept after Lindzey's Stage IV breast cancer diagnosis, turning it into a mission to create an inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond — the name Schāf stands for Equality, Unity, and Strength. Lindzey's sister Loren contributes to the streetwear side of the brand.
The shop pours specialty coffee and matcha alongside a food menu, while a full skate shop sits within the same space, stocking decks, trucks, wheels, and clothing. Regulars point to the owners' hands-on hospitality and the creative matcha drinks as part of what makes the place feel distinct from a standard coffee stop.
