Pop's Coffee Co. grew out of Pop's Garage, a custom motorcycle shop that opened in Roswell in 2013. Looking to bring more neighbors through the door, the owners expanded into coffee, and the biker theme stuck — the shop now sits beside a Triumph Motorcycles showroom and leans into a riders'-clubhouse identity, hosting bike nights and group rides alongside its coffee service.
The drink menu runs through the standard espresso lineup — cortados, macchiatos, cappuccinos — plus a rotating list of specialty lattes like maple sea salt and honey lavender. Coffee comes from Batdorf & Bronson, a local Atlanta roaster, including an exclusive house blend called Eyes Open. Empanadas and baked goods round out the food side.
