Grindhouse Killer Burgers started as a lunch counter in 2009 and has since grown into a small chain across Atlanta and Athens, with locations including Piedmont, Memorial, Decatur, Brookhaven, West Midtown, Athens, and satellite spots in the Atlanta airport.
The burgers are ground in-house from a proprietary blend of certified angus chuck and brisket. Rather than a single signature burger, the menu is organized around named styles — Grindhouse Style with american cheese and grindhouse sauce, Apache Style with hatch green chiles and pico de gallo, Cowboy Style with bbq sauce and a crispy onion ring, Dixie Style with a pimento cheese–stuffed fried green tomato, Hillbilly Style with beef and chorizo chili, Euro Style with sautéed mushrooms, and Yankee Style with bleu cheese and bacon — along with a build-your-own option.
Locations run a full bar with a beer program and specialty cocktails alongside the food menu. Over more than a decade, it has become a regular stop across Atlanta and Athens for a quick burger or a longer sit-down with a group.
