Nashville opened a lot of restaurants in 2025. Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse proved the original wasn't a fluke. Babychan found a register that's genuinely its own. Kase x Noko delivered on a combination that could have gone wrong six different ways and didn't. If it's on this list, it was still good when the attention moved on. That's the whole standard.
