Flaming Mountain Chinese Grill & Skewer Bar in the USF Area and Yummy House China Bistro in Old Seminole Heights, both Damn Good, both $$, both Michelin Selected 2026. No stars yet in Tampa's Chinese scene, but the Michelin nod on both spots says the inspectors are paying attention. Small list, real quality.
