Cafe Juanita and Phocific Standard Time (PST) are the only Downtown Seattle spots that clear our bar so far, and both land Damn Good. Cafe Juanita brings a 2008 James Beard Winner to the table, PST a 2024 Finalist — a small list with real weight behind it. Two isn't a lot, but at $$$$ each, these are the two to book.
