Blue Atlas Restaurant and Market and The Roosevelt both land at Damn Good, and The Roosevelt carries a James Beard Semifinalist 2026 nod on top of it. This is a short list, not a thin one — two solid $$ picks, fusion and American, in one neighborhood. Church Hill isn't trying to be a headline destination here. Eat well without the hype.
