Little Water tops the list in Rittenhouse, a Michelin Selected 2025 spot also carrying a James Beard Semifinalist 2026 badge at $$ prices. Little Fish BYOB in Queen Village backs it up with a James Beard Semifinalist 2025 nod of its own. Sao and Tesiny round things out, both Damn Good, both $$, both worth the trip in South Philly and Passyunk Square. Small list, no dead weight.
