Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in Downtown Houston is the only cut we'll vouch for out of 349 spots tracked citywide. It carries a Michelin Selected 2025 nod and a James Beard Semifinalist badge from 2018, at $$$$. No Delicious as F*ck or Delicious tier steakhouse has shown up here yet — this is the one worth the bill.
