Tatsu Dallas leads, Delicious as F*ck with a Michelin One Star and a James Beard Semifinalist nod, in Old East Dallas. Sushi Kozy backs it up at Delicious with its own Michelin Selected badge downtown. Below that, three Damn Good spots round out the list: Tei-An, another Michelin Selected pick with a 2020 Beard nod, plus Namo in Uptown and Domodomo Kō in Oak Lawn. Dallas sushi has a real ceiling and real depth under it.
