Tatsu Dallas sits at Delicious as F*ck, a Michelin One Star with a James Beard Semifinalist nod behind it — nothing else in the city touches it. MĀBO and Sushi Kozy back it up at Delicious, a Beard Finalist and a Michelin Selected pick running $$$$. Namo and Tei-An round it out at Damn Good, with Tei-An carrying its own Michelin Selected badge at $$$. Dallas Japanese has a real ceiling.
