Lewis Barbecue Charleston tops the list — a Bib Gourmand and James Beard Finalist pick in NOMO, and the only one here to hit Delicious. King BBQ in North Charleston and Palmira Barbecue in West Ashley both land at Damn Good, with Palmira carrying a 2026 James Beard Semifinalist nod. Three spots, all $$, no filler.
